Fin Swimming is a competitive sport with competition for all levels and ages.
It is enjoyed by people from 7yrs to 70yrs of age and many take up the sport because of its all over fitness and muscle tone.
Several generations of family members currently train together, but compete within their own age groups.
Age groups range from 11yrs and under up to 65yrs and over. Masters ages start at 25 and increment in 10 year groups.
